What can I possibly say apart from amazing, superb home from home. We stayed at this amazing house for 13 weeks for work and could not of been made to feel more at home. David and Melinda are wonderful hosts whom go out their way at every opportunity Nothing is ever a worry. The rooms are big and comfortable house is spotless and very clean to a high standard. Large open fire place and office location. Small gym tennis courts. we stayed over the COVID pandemic and everything was in place to make us feel safe. We loved it so much we are returning in April for another 15 weeks stay at this beautiful house. Don’t bother looking anywhere else apart from Montfort Manor your not be disappointed.

Wow where do I begin! We stayed at Montfort Manor for 8 nights and right from the moment we stepped through the doors we felt right at home. We were greeted by hosts David and Melinda who could not be anymore gracious and welcoming. Everyday Melinda baked homemade sweets made with fresh produce from their garden (her Banana bread was divine). Lounging by the pool everyday felt like we had been transported to the Italian countryside - absolutely stunning. I cannot wait to come back, thank you David & Melinda!

Our stay at the manor has been amazing, I highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for a country getaway. David and Melinda were very gracious hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and even baking us fresh cakes and cookies daily. We will definitely be back!

Montfort magic This B&B is a lovely surprise in Traralgon. It’s a large beautiful mansion with a stunning surrounding property. The rooms are large, very comfortable and clean. There are two pools, one of which is a lap pool. We had a very relaxed time in this beautiful mansion. I would highly recommend visiting this property.

World class. Superb hosts, amazing rooms, beautiful grounds, amazing value. This place is must visit to anyone who is in the area, it has to be seen to be truly appreciated. I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have had the pleasure to experience.

A Magical Weekend Ten friends having their annual holiday together – a weekend at a good venue within 2 hours of Melbourne. Well, Montfort Manor is not good, it is superb – each room a delight, the hosts, David & Melinda are fantastic although you will rarely see them. They manage to have everything perfect all the time & just at the right time – as well as providing cake & biscuits direct from their oven. Each room is lovely & includes anything you could ever need - & if you need something more, just ask & it will be provided. The whole property is well maintained & includes a tennis court & a substantial lake. We took over all five rooms & were assisted to use the BBQ & outdoor facilities for our group. I have been here before – scouting for this weekend - & both times I was enthralled. So much better than a major luxury hotel – treat yourself to a weekend here. Book Stellini for dinner in town & you will be in heaven.
